Sintesi delle esperienze professionali fatte all’interno dei Gruppi FCA e CNHI:

I have had two periods of work in Fiat.

The first one began in 1977 as blue collar in Teksid, at Crescentino plant (now closed), in the Finishing shop. On a personal level this was a very significant experience for me: I was 19, I had just finished high school (Liceo Scientifico in Asti) and I wanted to become independent. So I left my parents’ home and I moved to Turin to live by myself.

In 1981 I left Teksid to start studying at the University of Turin. I was highly motivated, quickly completed my studies and I graduated in Political Science, specializing in International politics with a Master course in International Trade.

I came back in Fiat in 1992 and was in Human resources.
I spent eight years in Magneti Marelli, primarily as Head of Internal communication (included the role of HR Meeting facilitator) and later I took in charge a part of People development activities (climate surveys, induction scheme for graduates, …). During this work experience I had the opportunity to become a journalist.

In 2000 I moved to Comau and I took the responsibility for People development, training and communication. In 2004 I became Head of Human resources of the Powertrain business unit.

In December 2008, I joined  FGA to manage Human resources Operations and my goal was to ensure that the Human resources processes (supporting the business outcomes but focusing on people) worked in the best way.

Now I'm part of the team EMEA FCA (Human resources function) and my main areas of responsibility are (EMEA perimeter):
- Internal Communication
- Organization & Reporting
- Service delivery
- Talent acquisition
- Training
- Whistleblowing for HR subjects
- HR Business Partner of EMEA HR job family
I’m based in Turin, Palazzina Uffici Mirafiori.

To complete my summary, I’ve had some additional work experiences outside Fiat:
- Beloit Italia, as Development, training and communication manager
- CESDI, as Researcher in economic and political fields
- Molinette Hospital, as Researcher in social and medical fields
- Ferrovie dello stato, as Conductor

Sintesi delle attività svolte all’ interno del GDF (collaborazione a iniziative, attività organizzative, etc):

It’s my second participation to this election. In my first term as a member of the GDF Council I tried to facilitate the relationship between the company and the association.
One of the topics that I have been most involved in these months was the GDF School-Work alternation program.
I'm a member (as FCA Italy representative) of the "Osservatorio" on Dirigenti FCA labor contract.

Impegno personale per lo sviluppo dell'Associazione. Nel prossimo mandato, se venissi eletto, proporrò e sosterrò le seguenti iniziative/attività:

a. To reinforce the mission and the role of Dirigenti in FCA organization
b. To improve involvement of Dirigenti in communication and training processes
c. To share and to export best practices, competences and experiences of Gruppo Dirigenti Fiat into the local community we are part of
d. To promote (along the track already outlined) an active presence in social and educational fields
